App privacy policy
aspergerhome 1.0 offers free autism information, private notes and communication preparation. Available on iPhone and iPad in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to aspergerhome iOS app 1.0, provided by Hainan Honglong Zhiyuan Technology Co., LTD. Updated 18 September 2026. Website visits and voluntary support emails are described separately below.
Information on your device
No account is required. The app has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDK. Bookmarks, reading positions, private notes, cards, preferences and earlier educational activity records are processed on the device. They are not sent to our servers and are excluded from system cloud backups. Public community posting is not offered in this version.
Exports and sharing you initiate
Choose card fields and preview them before sharing. Private reading notes are not automatically added to a card. Full backups contain private records and are not password-encrypted. Only when you choose system sharing or file features are the selected contents passed to your chosen destination. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete or clear them in the app or uninstall it. Restoring a backup replaces current records and keeps one previous local copy, which can be removed in backup management. Photo drafts left by earlier versions can be removed separately in their management screen. Manage external backups, shared PDFs and recipients’ copies at their respective destinations; we cannot delete them remotely.
Children and sensitive information
The main reading pathway is for parents; a self-understanding pathway is also available for adults. Avoid unnecessary identifying details such as real names and contact information. Records about children remain on the device. Review what you share and respect the child’s wishes and privacy.
External links and this website
Source websites follow their own privacy policies when you open them. Cloudflare hosts this support website and may process request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect it. Website access logs are separate from private app records.
Support emails and privacy requests
When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents you choose to send and use them to handle the request and reply. Send only what is needed for troubleshooting; avoid children’s photographs, complete backups and health information. Use the email below to request access to or deletion of support correspondence. We cannot view or recover your local app records.
Changes
If data handling changes in a later version, we will update this policy and the store privacy information.
