How to begin
Start with a real role: daily tasks, who assigns them, how often plans change and noise at the workplace. Experiences in the book may suggest questions but cannot answer them for an employer. Confirm the issue most likely to affect how you complete the job first.

- Begin with work accounts and consider whose circumstances shaped them.
- Read around one difficulty rather than adopting a whole approach at once.
- Compare the role’s requirements and identify one support to discuss.
